Green steel for sustainable production

Steel is a metal present in many industrial products, almost everywhere and in particular in components related to construction and transport, bringing with it its polluting charge quantifiable in almost seven percent of global carbon dioxide emissions; therefore, according to some the production of "green" steel with low environmental impact should be promoted for more sustainable production. India is one of the largest steel producers with coal-fired plants so much so that every ton of metal produced twice, as much (in terms of imagine) of CO2 is released into the atmosphere. In Germany it is planned to use green hydrogen to produce steel in addition to replacing metal with other materials for the construction industry. To be noted by changing the subject but remaining on technological issues the absurd competition lately between self-driving cars.
