Tropical storm in Philippines and greenhouse effect

The Philippines was again flooded with water poured from a tropical storm this time called Washi, which caused more than six hundred and fifty victims, many surprises in the sleep, perhaps for not having listened to the weather alert warnings that are not even served to prevent large damage to the structures, and the displacement of one hundred thousand of persons such as the city of Cagayan de Oro located on the north coast of Mindanao. The islands of the Philippines are considered rather than subject to changes in climate on the globe due to the intensification of extreme events due to the greenhouse effect and warming of the seas, while there are still controversies on the outcome of the Durban conference that is recorded between the few achievements including the surrender of Canada to adopt the extension on the time of the norms for reducing the polluting emissions with the Kyoto Protocol.
