Many infections with SARS-CoV-2 viruses in the United States have been caused by the poor prevention measures taken by the population (apparently fifty-two percent declare that the virus is not at all) and there is controversy for the attitudes held regarding the spread of the 19-nCoV epidemic by the outgoing administration; in fact, the data monitor new records of victims with a total of over four hundred thousand at a rate of up to three thousand per day in January. There is talk of structural deficiencies in dealing with the health problem with shortcomings that have shown the real flaws regarding the receptive capacity of the facilities and the poor preparation to face crises, not to mention that the new more virulent variant of the virus could further aggravate an already un manageable and out-of-control situation.
