Better to exercise than take medicines that mimic glucagon

Therapies using medicines that mimic the action of a GLP-1 hormone which helps control blood glucose levels are becoming increasingly common (often for weight loss rather than more appropriate uses), then there is talk of a country where these will also be available in a generic-like version at lower prices; however some experts warn that many people quit the therapy within a year for example due to side effects such as nausea and then tend to regain the lost weight estimated at around eighteen months and other monitored health parameters also return to pre-treatment levels. If one decides to exercise with physical activity and a proper diet weight will be regained much more slowly if the training is stopped still conserving health benefits and the development of healthy habits.
