Risks and benefits of artificial intelligence
The too-rapid development of generative artificial intelligence which in some cases for advanced versions of the latest applications is largely driven by the computing power of AI programs themselves, sparks debate about the risks and benefits this technology could bring to humanity, some say we need to accept potential negative consequences in view of the benefits. What remains to be understood is whether we can go so far as to take this risk to the point where generative artificial intelligence develops completely on its own bypassing the control systems set up by intelligences that have now become inferior and are no longer even able to fully understand the complex functioning of the powerful neural networks that support generative AI.
